  12. I would like to know more about the security options, i.e. remote access, 
  13. bypass and call back features stated by the Hayes Optima 288 modem.

  15. I want to know how the call back features work. There is an adminstration 
  16. software or I have to use AT commands ? How much user I can admin. in the call 
  17. back options?

  19. I also want to know if there is any other special features that Hayes have but 
  20. others have not..
